Those saying that "Oh my gosh" has no translation are correct. In Mexico though, we sometimes say, "¡Hìjole!" to express surprise or consternation in the same context as "Oh my gosh!"
And, "Oh, my God" is of course, "Ay, Dios mìo."

I don't think there is a word in Spanish for "Gosh" but "Oh my God" is "Dios Mio!"

Oh My God = Oh, Dios Mío! (But in spanish we seldom say "oh", we usually say "Ay" or simply "Dios Mío", without Oh or Ay)
Oh my gosh= Im native spanish speaker and as I understand it, you use this expression in english when you're really in shock, right? like an exaggerated "oh my god?". If so, then you could say "A la mieeeeeeeeeerda!" (slang).

In spanish people don't say oh my gosh, they say oh my god. Martha P is right. In spanish saying things like god and jesus aren't as bad as english; they wouldn't get censored on tv. Summary: there is no oh my gosh, only oh my god. :)
