Some people say we are not compatible, but i beg to differ. I need some insight on my relationship. I sometimes accuse him of other girls but he says he aint thinking of nobody else but me. What's good?

Well I am also a cap and my bf is also a cancer and we get along really well, so dont buy into all of that astrology stuff. Sometimes they are pretty close on our personalities but nothing is written in stone. If it works, it works, reguardless of your signs.

Cancer is loyal to the end as long as you don't emotionally wound it. So believe him when he says there's no one else but you. If you both are your true signs, you'll both be great together, even if there's things that may seem opposing.
