BIG Problem here in Madison, WI. And yet, the local government does very little about it.

Most of the drug trade in town involves Spanish speaking folk! The cops know it and now and then they bring down the bad guys! Too little, way too late, IMHO!

I can go to a window in my building most any night and see what appears to be transactions taking place. Nope, can't prove anything here, and I don't want to!

Some of my former neighbors (Spanish) were arrested for having an abundance of "C" in their apartment and in their cars! I managed to sleep thru an 8:00 PM raid on their apartment. Dogs, some 10+ cops, etc.

Anyway, so yeah, we have a problem here too!

Yes, Washington State. I think illegal immigrants are a problem any where u go here in the United States. More so in the states bordering our neighboring countrys and oceans. To bad they dont have more funding for border patrols and such to help this problem.

Absolutely. I live in the Mid Hudson region of New York State, and we have lots of illegals. Mexicans, Dominicans, Hondurans, Chinese, Russian - you name it, we've got it. Our prisons are full of 'em. We need to get this under control, but it may already be too late. We see it for what it is - a problem. The damn politicians see it as votes.

I live in Canada and they are starting to trickle on up here, too, from below the southern border of the USA. Many of them come on up here now just before they figure they are going to be deported from the USA. It will only get worse here, too, I'm sure.

I live in Phoenix and it is a HUGE problem here !!!

It is probably the # 1 biggest problem in this state.
We have millions of them.

For instance we had to have a code black lock down where I work one day because the police and immigration officials had arrested 40 illegals in one house next door and they had guns and drugs and we were in the line of fire if the police had to shoot them.

My state is Ohio and is not that bad but if we don't secure our border and stop the companies from hiring illegals, my state will become another California, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Etc. etc. It is up to the Americans to stop this invasion or we shall all be invaded by this lotus.

I guess its a problem everywhere even outside the U.S. I guess its people coming to this country and wanting a better life and an opportunity to better themselves... I am sure they need to come up with a way to track them.. That doesn't seem to be happening so hopefully somebody can come up with a brilliant idea soon!!!

Yes. Los Angeles. Check out the Los Angeles School District test scores.

Sin, very funny. Go to greatschools.net, look up LAUSD schools, demographics and test scores.

The classes are overcrowded, the schools are run 'year round' with stripped down programs and all 'extra' funding is spent to bring up the scores on the bottom. Those who are average or better students are left to fend for themselves, yet those are predominantly the ones who are legally here.
