It's all up to you. If you like him, start flirting with him and get to know him to find out what he's about. If you just wanna keep things at the friends level, tell him that you are not interested and not comfortable with him putting his hands on you anyway.

Don't let him! If you think he is annoying for following you around and you think all he wants you for is to get in your pants, why would you waste your time with him? Believe me having sex with someone you are not truely in love with will only hurt you in the long run, emotionally and/or physically

Well let him know you're NOT interestd, but make sure you're not alone with him when you tell him that. Jerks like this guy are the ones who stoop really low when they don't get the response they want from a girl. Just hang around with your friends, don't walk alone. Avoid this guy at all costs, or he may end uop hurting you

ask him, be really kinda silly and say what do ya love me or something? opens him wide up to say whats on his mind i mean what can he say no i hate you i don't think so its more likely to be yea your cute or yea i do. about the getting in your pants thing i do not know how much older he is but if he is much older yes def. if he is close in age yes too but in time go with your gut instict it is usually right on the money.

Always go with your gut instinct. If you think he's only trying to use you then he probably is. Just avoid him at all cost and don't let your guard down around him.

Politely move away when he puts his hand on you, and say "I prefer to not be touched...Thanks." He should get the message.

Ask him to stop. Tell him you're not interested in having a relationship with him. If he doesn't stop then I suggest telling your parents about his behavior.

Tell him what you think and move on to someone that your comfortable with. Someone that doesn't just want some.

well go with your first instinct, cause your right that's probably what hes thinking. if you don't like him touching you then turn to him and ask him nicely the first time please do not touch me I don't like that. and if it happens again then tell him again and tell him that you will have to tell the teacher if he does it again . and do just that.
