My friend was told she had acute arthrits and fluid on her knee. She was give steroids and told if they don't work then she would have to have surgery. i thought arthritis was not curable and have never heard of anyone having surgery for it. Is acute arthritis different and is it operable? Any info to clear this up is greatly appreciated.

Acute simply means sharp or sudden and severe, like an injury, as opposed to chronic, which means a long-term condition, usually less painful.

The master cleanse may help. It's also known as the "Lemonade Diet". There is a book by Stanley Burroughs about this cleanse diet. Just google it, you'll find lots of info.

Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.

If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.

Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.

And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.

I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.

It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.

Today, I want to do the same for you!

acute means its like a flare up or temporary worsening of the condition....where as a chronic form is longterm...arthritis is not curable but the effects of it can be helped surgically...my mom had arthritis in her knees and after so many years of damage from the arthritis she had knee replacement surgery...is the doc talking about that type of surgery or a procedure to drain the fluid from her knee to help with the pain
