I don't find a Kodak C653 - not even on eBay - so I checked the C643 and C663. I wouldn't pick either one of them anyhow, compared to the other two, so it doesn't matter. I read a review at B&H where the user said the markings on the camera (C643) rubbed off and he couldn't tell what mode he was using! He said the picture quality was poor, also.
This leaves the Canon and the Fuji. Between them, the Fuji offers a larger sensor, which is an advantage, but it does not have an optical viewfinder, which means the LCD monitor will suck your batteries dry very quickly.
I am going to vote with Petra (as usual) for the Canon and encourage you to look into the A540 for just a bit more money and a nicer camera.

(Ignore the prices on the dpreview page, as I see the A530 for $150 and the A540 for $170 in New York.)

Out of the three cameras you have picked, I would have to say that Canon is the better one for photo quality.
However, if you can afford just a little extra, I would suggest you try and buy the Canon Powershot A540 instead.
It's a better camera than the A530, mainly because...
it has a larger LCD screen (even though it's a low resolution)
It has Aperture & Shutter Priority modes (the A530 does not)
It has a much better movie mode (30fps v a disappointing 10 fps at the best quality). The more frames per second, the better.
So, I think if you can afford more, then look at the A540...or if you can't, then buy the A530 (just don't expect to shoot any decent 'movies' etc).
But photo wise it is good.

Well, all three use AA batteries, which is far more important than some people realize (gas stations and theme park gift shops may rape you on alkaline batteries, but at least it does give you the option of being able to swap your dead ones out when they run dry at an inconvenient moment). Fujifilm uses xD while the other two use SD, so I'd actually rule out their camera based on that criteria alone. SD is easier to find, you can get cards that will convert into USB flash drives (they'll dump photos at USB 2.0's 480MBps instead of their much slower SD read speed), and many laptops are now shipping with built-in SD/MMC and CF readers but I've yet to see one that has built-in xD support (desktops are a different matter, but you probably won't be hauling one around on vacation).
Personally, given the specs your going after, I'd suggest dropping a few extra bucks to switch over to at least the Panasonic Lumix LZ3. It'll give you 6x Optical Zoom with about the same megapixel rating, the best image stabilization out there, and both very simple photo/video point-n-shoot options, as well as more complicated manual or manual/assisted modes if you feel like really learning how to tweak the performance of your camera. You can even get wacky and record audio over still photos. I've go the LZ5, and the only things my dad's Canon Powershot S1 IS has over mine are the 10 Optical Zoom and the ability to swap out lens modules for further optical zoom increases. Mine cost a lot less, has an LCD screen that's about twice as big with much better resolution (my pixels are actually smaller than his are, in spite of the increased screen size), uses half as many AA batteries, is actually compact, and shoots at twice the megapixel rating, and uses SD instead of CompactFlash (admittedly he can get larger flash cards or microdrives, but I can get SD Plus at about the same price as his normal CF cards).
