Going for colonoscopy tomorrow, trilyte not working what to do?

I took 4 laxatives per instructions at 4:00, started trilyte at 6:00, drank 2-1/2 liters per instructions and so far NOTHING.

It's weird that nothing happened after taking all of that stuff...
I had a colonoscopy this summer and I couldn't leave the bathroom for hours.

Just follow the instructions - it'll come out eventually!
