I love artichoke hearts. I love artichokes..they rock..I love them whole and steamed with garlic butter. Artichokes are fun, tasty, and if you're lucky, messy. They rock.

Love the marinated hearts and the large stuffed Seville Spanish olives.
I buy a large jar of each. The hearts are depleted first. Makes my mouth water thinking about them~ and, I am out.

I love them any way they are prepared. But my favorite is in a spinach and artichoke dip with cheese. yummy.
