Yes, and No. It depends if they know what they are looking for. Depends on your elasticity or whatever, and how long ago you had sex. Now if you have sex a lot with big guys well thats another story and its easy to tell.

No. There is no way of know by looking at a women. It doesn't matter if she is wearing clothes or not. Lips come in all different sizes depending on the women.
