No one can really answer this question without a lot more information.

If you are receiving a salary (that is, are an employee), your employer should be withholding taxes. You can complete the worksheets with Form W-4 to determine how many allowances to claim. Claiming the correct amount of allowances should result in the correct amount of withholding.

Does your spouse have any income? If so, how much. Do you plan to file jointly or separately? Do you have any dependents? Plan to itemize, and if so, what deductions do you have? Did you pay any student loan interest? Any other adjustments to income?

Without this info, no way anyone can give you an answer.

With the info you provided if you file MFJ and have no deductions fed taxes will be 25%.
