I have eggs, butter, flour, and sugar. no eggs. any ideas?

Peel a banana, split it length-wise.
Saute in 2 Tbs. butter, 2 Tbs. brown sugar & a dash of cinnamon, just until limp
(flambe with a little rum, if you have it.)
serve over ice cream.
Takes less than 5 min. start to finish.

You say eggs, then no eggs. You can use mayonaisse in place of eggs in cake recipes if you cut the oil by 1/3. 1 1/2 Tablespoons mayo= 1 large egg.

How about milk or canned fruit? You could make a custard or fruit pie.
