Swine cannot understand that value of pearls because they just want another handful of trash to eat. Neither do they have any use for them.
Pearls are costly and also very interesting to think about. A grain of sand so small once inside an oyster begins to grow. The oyster finds the grain irritating and coats it with the same thing that form its shell. After time passes the pearl grows even as it is irritating the oyster more and more.
Right now these words for a moment are irritating me, but I believe is part of God's plan to create in me a great treasure as God teaches me from his word about the Lord Jesus Christ. God give his children the Holy Spirit to show us Jesus and to lead us into all truth.
God bless you with his salvation that you may one day understand his love and the value of his word.

Our Pearls mean the words of God and the Bible Verses. All the good and wonderful words of God. Spread Pearls amongst swine. Means it does no good to speak of the wonderful Bible verses to the people who make fun of God and deny him. Do not cast Pearls amongst swine. So save your beautiful words of Jesus, because the swine will only trample on and make fun of the word of God. We can tell who are considered to be the swine. The ones who deny God and will not listen.

We talk about casting pearls before before swine because there is no point in speaking about Christ, who is a Christians greatest treasure, to someone who mocks or hates him.

sharing God's Truth with someone, perhaps like yourself, who has hardened their heart to God is refered to "casting pearls before swine"
it is a fruitless endeavor....
a waste of time.
it is also a reason I do not usually
answer questions like yours.
I would rather spend the time on someone's question....
who is really interested in learning the Truth about the
one true Living God and His love for them.

It's called having a superiority complex. It's usually used in the context of "not dealing with the filthy sinner, I'm a good Christian compared to that person" or something to that effect.

But, you are still trampling on those. We keep the good stuff for those with an open mind and a searching heart. Not a hard heart and a mouth full of venom.

Some people are unable to see or hear the truth. They have been blinded, and it would be a waste of time to attempt to get them to see. The time spent on them should devoted elsewhere!
