You should want to workout for you not for anyone else. Are you saying your trying to weigh 50lbs?? Unless your like 2 feet tall, you'll die at that weight. If this guy is worthwhile he'll like you for you. If you feel you are truly overweight see a doctor and they can help you or they'll tell you you don't need to lose weight.

You should not lose the weight for any guy. Right now you may think he's worth it but it won't be long before you realize that he's not! If you are going to do it, you have to do it for yourself. And you have to realize that it took a long time to pack on those 82 lbs, it will take you a long time to take it off. Start slowly, maybe cutting your calories to 2000-2400 a day and make all of those calories count. Eat lots of lean protein like fish and chicken breast. Also eat tons of vegetables (no creamy sauces, dressing or butter) and sweet potatoes. Eat plenty of small meals instead of three big ones. Cut out sugary drinks and pops and drink water instead. Also start exercising. Start with whatever you can do, even if its 10 minutes per day. Build up to 60 minutes, 5 times a week. Walking is excellent exercise and as you become more fit, you can increase the intensity by adding hills and walking faster.

Remember, the slower it comes off, the more likely it is to stay off. Don't do anything drastic, you'll probably end up fatter in the end. Take it from someone who knows!

Best of luck!

The best program available online for diet, weight loss, exercise and toning is from The Fit Chic. Here is the link to the site… http://www.thefitchic.com/?freegift=1325

There is a lot of free stuff on the site, but the e-book is the best book I have ever read for diet, exercise, weight loss and toning. I lost almost 30 pounds using the program…and it was easy to do…

There is a site for the guys too … http://www.thefitbastard.com/?noexcuses=1325
My husband used this program and lost almost 40 pounds and gained muscle. We both feel so much better. Visit the site! I hope this helps! Good Luck!!

If you end up weighing in the 50lbs. you wont be attractive and instead of having the hawt guy you want, you'll be in the hospital. Chances are you look your best right now. But as long as you dont have the confidence he probably wont notice you anyway. Men prefer woman with confidence, in fact it's very high on their list of things they look for in a woman. So it sounds like you need to like yourself first before mr. gabe will.

You're wanting to weigh 50lbs? Trust me, no guy is going to find that attractive. Skin and bones and bascially being a walking skeleton is not sexy or attractive and is usually a turn off to most guys...an girls for that matter. If you like this guy, be healthy. You need to be healthy to be in a healthy relationship. Besides, if you HAVE to slim down for this guy in order for him to like you, you need not waste your time because that's not someone you want...someone who is that shallow. You just to get slim only if health wise, you need to and only if YOU want to. You can't do it for someone else.

I don't know it you typed the numbers in wrong, but it looks to me like your weight isn't a problem. I would check with your friends and see if they think he's worth pursuing. He may be WAY HOOTTTTTT, but may not be worth your time if he is a very attractive bozo, abuser or loser.
