I dont think so but I believe they have them at JCPenny salon and I know they have them at Trade Secret.

No you cannot. Chi is sold only in fine salons.

yes you can. I know that they have them at some locations depending on how big the store is. but you can also try ULTA they defiantly have them there. but just so you know they are expensive. Hope that helps!
