www.foreman-grill.com/food.php

You can cook most anything on the grill.
You should have received a small paperback cookbook and use book with your grill .

Check out this dedicated website for all the forman grills, recipes, cooking times

It's lots faster than the stove because it cooks from both sides at once. Cook just like BBQ grill but faster...Shoulda got some kinda receipe guide with it, I did on times to cook stuff, etc.
I love it. It's convenient, fast and easy to clean. BE SURE to put drip tray under though to avoid mess on table or counter.(provided with it)

Oh yeah, you can cook everything on it. I mostly use it on Sundays. I fry up my sausage and bacon for the week. And put it in tupperware. That way in the morning all I have to do is fry an egg and put the meat in the microwave.

Cooked elk steaks - GREAT! Seasoned with Montreal Seasoning. Also did beef hamburgers, mixed with chopped onions, minced garlic, Salt/Pepper, and Montreal Seasoning. They were both WONDERFUL!

I have one...it hasnt been used in 2 years, it is PITA to clean and it makes the food taste gross. It is like flash fried food. It is a useless kichen tool that no selr respecting chef would consider.

Just regift it to someone you dont really want to buy for next year.
