Ok well there is this guy at my school and I really like him and last Halloween he said that he liked me. But, the next day he said that he didn't want to date inside of his "friendship circle." Now ever since December he has been acting really nice and babyish. He has also been going out of his way to be with me. When we do walk together (which is most of the time) he is touching me in some way weather it is just shoulder to shoulder or him right behind me depends on how he is feeling. Everyone I talk to says that he flirts with me non- stop and I apparentally flirt right back. Now whenever I'm doing something he wants to know what and if I'm gone somewhere he asks where as soon as he sees me. And in our Lit. class we got new seats but our teacher only assigned of them. I was one that was assigned. He wasn't but he sat next to me rather than any of his friends. And finally he trusts me with everything he doesn't trust his friends with.

btw he is 13 going on 14 and i'm 14 going on 15 we are both in 8th grade and he has had a girlfriend before. i have never had a BF but i really think i love him

Sounds to me like he's crushing on you. Some of the best relationships start with being friends first. How old are you? That will make a difference in the relationship too. If you are too young, you might not want to commit to one person only. Believe me, while your young, don't commit to only one person--you'll have plenty of time when your older for that. Good Luck

It sounds like u both definitely like each other...i dont think ulove him tho..too many people use tht word out of context...get to know him more and tell him how ur feeling...u may be too young for love right now...just go with the flow and see what happens.

I had almost the exact situation a while ago. If you think it will work ease into a relationship. And if it doesn't work its ok it won't ruin your friendship.

say to him that is he truly likes you he would go out with you and stop playing around, and if he doesn't hook up, avoid him and ignore him until he does.
