I don't want to use sleep aids but its hard for me to sleep on week-DAYS, is there any sleeping techniques that don't require counting.

well, there are a few things that you could do. If you like hot tea i recomend a cup of chamomile tea. It soothes and gets your body ready for sleep mode. Also try watchin just a little bit of tv in the pitch dark. That tends to make your eyes strain and get tired.

Do NOT use any caffeinated drinks in the day including chocolate. Avoid alcoholic beverages.
When you go to sleep, try to make your mind think of nothing. If a thought comes to mind, then drop the thougtht.
Also, some people need less sleep than others. If you are a 6 hour person and you go to be at 10 to wake up at 6, then you will have trouble, because you are not ready to sleep yet. In this case, go to bed later.

Lavender--soap, shampoo, air freshener, candles, incense (there are even Comet and PineSol with lavender fragrances now)
Chamomile Tea
Sleepy Time Tea
Sleepy Time Extra Tea with Valerian
Valerian supplements
Melatonin supplements
Meditation

Make sure to get plenty of fresh air and exercise in the daytime. Quit or cut down drastically on caffeine and alcohol. Keep your diet healthy, and drink plenty of water (but not near bedtime).

Try a natural sleepaid called melotonin. I use it when I travel, I'm asleep in 20 minutes, stay asleep all night and wake up with no hangover from the drug.

have you tried natural herbal products or remedies. Lavender, Chamomille and catnip and valerian will all help you sleep.

check if theres stuff under your bed and then just make your bed how you like it without you own brother sleeping with you not sex just sleep your lucky your bros PROBABLY not sleeping with you and just make the bed check under the bed under the matres to make it comphy is have pillows covering you bed and lay on it its so comphy

do strechtes before dinner, drink water, make sure its really dark and make up a story in your head, that has nothing to do with your worries or your real life

i have trouble sleeping too. so i usualy get tanked up before bed.
