Pulled pork is generally in larger pieces. It has literally been pulled from the bone, rather than torn apart with a fork. I prefer pulled pork texture to shredded. The taste is pretty much the same, especially once you slather on the barbeque sauce!

Pulled pork or shredded pork is made by cooking a pork roast so tender that is can be pulled apart with the fingers. Pulled” pork vs. “shredded” pork, is in fact the same thing, except that the word “pulled” makes more sense to people in some parts of the country than shredded.

One potential that the purple meat is torn up by applying hand with 2 super forks... you in basic terms stand there and save "Pulling" the purple meat into the fibers with the forks... the different is they use a knife to slice it into chunks then use cleavers to cut it very superb. (Like at those asian places the place the guy has a cleaver in each and each hand and in basic terms is going to city...) I quite have heard the words interchanged earlier so the meaning relies upon on what portion of the rustic you're in...
