i have got a few very noticable red spots at the moment and i was just wondering is there any way i can reduce them in size or in redness because i am going to dinner tomoro ,plz help??thanx .xxx

Depends on why you have red spots? If it's an allergy you can take an antihistamine like benadryl at night. You can also try opening one up, mixing with a little water and putting on the red spot. If it's another problem I don't know, maybe just time. good luck.

right on with the cortisone. it reduces inflammation, which is what causes most redness. don't mess with them!
you can also use a little makeup. have a female friend help you with that, but wash it off soon after, because makup worn a long time will make them worse.

I'm a nurse. Try some OTC hydro cortisone cream. If it don't help you see a doctor, but it should work.

Keep putting ice on them , it will delay them from swelling up into pimples for a while
