When you say sleep do you mean lay there with your eyes closed and snoring?
If so there is nothing wrong with it!
If you mean fool around I would have to so no problem

I take it either he's approaching you with it or it's something you figure it wouldn't be too much work to make happen. When it comes to friendship, if you have any doubts it's best to leave it alone. How much do you value the friendship, how important is it to continue to have him as a friend if things don't work out, can you handle the weirdness and strangeness of having to find a semblance of conversation that used to come quite easily after the sex becomes part of the relationship? If this is someone you've liked from the beginning, and the friendship was just a phase in the relationship, then by all means, but if this is someone who was a true friend, who you're just now entertaining thoughts about, best to leave it alone.

Like those nice other people were saying, make sure that the age thing is kosher first. You don't want anyone to get into trouble. Also, having 'relationships' with someone can drastically and quickly change your relationship. Just be aware of that. After that happens it goes quickly to a super close relationship or a falling out (generally speaking) just be sure that you are ready.

Gee, that tuff. First of all you sound young. Why would you want
to ruin a good friendship. Sex was meant to be given to the one you love and will consider having a long term relationship with. Hang on to your hormones and enjoy the friendship without
the sex. You''ll thank yourself in the near future for not making
that mistake.

why are you asking this? either you've made the decision already in which case this isn't going to change your mind, or you have misgivings about it and that in itself should tell you not to do it.
you don't sound ready for it. obviously it depends on how old you are, but (just going from what the question says, with plenty of assumptions) it's not like this is a committed relationship...let alone permanent. you're gonna get HIV, girl, and it's gonna kill you, if you just go around sleeping with people. think about it!

1. Is he your age or close to your age? 2. Do you love him? 3. If you were to sleep with him, would you be physically and mentally ready if there was anything wrong that would happen. Not only that, it all depends on the circumstances. You should wait if you don't feel ready.

if you and him both agree but you also have to know that the whole friendship with be completely different and if you can deal with that as well as he can then yeah no one said it was bad to sleep with a friend in fact it could be better than just someone else or it could be worse.....you decide

well yes once you sleep with your friend. it changes your friendship completly. this is because you've just took your relationship to another level. even though you guys can still be friends it still won't be the same. if you don't plan on being with that person then my advice don't get attatched.

Sleeping with someone is a very big step. I can only guess that you are young and inexperienced. Please wait until you are emotionally ready for this. Once you go forward you can't go back.
