I am making alot of "stop motion" animations where u set up a scenario, often clay/ play-doh and move it ever so slightly, take a picture, move a tiny bit more, take a picture etc. This can take a long time...

i want a camera that can take pictures and the pictures can be transferred to my pc easily.

but.. it needs to be able to have a "Intervalometer".. where i can set it to take continous pictures until the space runs out, at chosen intervals.

it would be nice if i can chose the interval times but if not i would like 10-30 seconds.

if you need more info or this question doesnt make sense, tell me what you need to know in the answer, then il update question... then you can update answer =)

I'd suggest a webcam, but they usually aren't good enough quality.

With a digital camera and the right cables etc. you should be able to get the computer to ask for a photo every 10-30 seconds.
The photo would then be transferred to the computer.

Filling a computer with pictures takes a lot longer than filling a camera.
