Do they actually work? Because I really want to grow my hair before the summer starts or during the summer. My hair is two inches off my shoulders and I want them to be past my shoulders.

I think they help, I don't believe they will make your hair grow 5 inches in 5 weeks. LOL But they do help.
Actually, you can find them anywhere. Wal-Mart has a variety. You can shop on-line too, I believe the name is the Puritan Catalog. Just google search hair vitamins or holistic remedies. You'll find them at most pharmacies and general stores as well.

TRUST ME ON THIS!!!
Dont waste money for the "name" of vitamins just for hair. Go to a drugstore even walmart and pick up some FISH OIL. Its a miracle worker!!! It will make your hair stronger (therefore it will grow faster) and shinier, and truly more healthy. It also is great for your nails (mine used to be SO brittle now theyre strong), skin, and many important bodily needs. Not enough people know about this!!

GNC has vitamins for hair. I know they are high in bioten. I hear they work but I have never used them.

take non-prescription pre-natal vitamins, they make your hair and nails grow extremely fast
