Ditto on the concern for the appendix. The appendix is on your right side, midway between the navel and the top tip of your hip bone.
If it's your appendix, you'll soon be curled in a fetal position with pain.
If it bursts, you go from a routine belly-button 1-2 day surgery to a full-blown operation, a week in the hospital, and a 6-week recovery (if you're lucky).

First thing I would do is go to the doctor. It might be appendicitis. If it is this can be life threatening. My son had the same symptoms as you and I took him to hospital and after a few hours of test he was diagnosed with appendicits, he was operated a few hours later and is perfectly well now.

Sounds like you need an appendectomy, you need to go to the emergency room immediately.

Don't let this go on any longer because it sounds like appendicitis and you should go to A&E as soon as possible.
