....men look for in women? I mean, women consider everything in a man....personality, looks, intelligence, etc. etc....but guys just want to date a woman right when they see a pretty face.

Because women (well, at least some women) know that looks aren't everything when it comes to dating. I'd rather date someone that has a nice personality, along with a great sense of humor, and who's honest, smart, and accepts me for who I am than someone who is just attractive and has nothing to offer.

I don't believe that is necessarily true.
'All' is a whole lot, perhaps it just maybe be the ones you are referring too.
Everyone is different, looking for different things, sometimes just when you think the right one has not come along, turn around and there 'the right one is' and NOT in a certain category.

BC men are superficial and more concerned with appearance. Women are more grounded and know that it takes more than just looks to make a relationship work.

Dating someone only because they look good is very shallow. When you go out with someone, you don't want to be staring at the gorgeous face of a retard who can't even try to carry on a conversation.

hormones for one thing. =) also, men and women kinda come from different worlds. each gender is brought up with different (generalized) ways of thinking. even if they come from the same household..
