Im 14 years old and I been watching what I eat to help lower my weight. I dont each much and I dont eat junk food eather. Once it get warm out I'm going to start running, but not now because I cant run on tredmills because I tend to fall on them, And being in this cold Michigan weather I cant run because it hurts my lungs to bad. Is their anything I can do now to start loosing weight and get into shape?
