Im 14 years old and I been watching what I eat to help lower my weight. I dont each much and I dont eat junk food eather. Once it get warm out I'm going to start running, but not now because I cant run on tredmills because I tend to fall on them, And being in this cold Michigan weather I cant run because it hurts my lungs to bad. Is their anything I can do now to start loosing weight and get into shape?

There are a ton of indoor sports that you may enjoy! Joining the basketball team, taking a dance class, or finding an indoor volleyball court will really help you out. I tend to fall off of treadmills too, so I stick to the bike that they have at the gym. The bike is good because you can put a book down on the panel in front of you and read while you work out. Any cardio work out video would be good as well, youjust need to get your heart pumping!

Only with your parents permision, you can go to www.myhealthabc.com and they have super nutrition based weight loss (even weight and muscle gain) products. Plus if you buy from them they have loads of useful exercising tips that can be done safely indoors. You will need a parent to help you though if you go on their website.

get an exercise dvd otherwise jog in place inside.
