US Postal service offers two different sizes of flat rate boxes for Priority Mail. The boxes are free, the shipping rate is $8.10 and the transit time is 2 - 3 days .

If you mean how MUCH will the flat rate fee would be, that would depend on the carrier and the level of service. If you want to get a standard rate from UPS or FedEx, you can go to their websites for a rate quote.

US postal rates are the same, regardless of start and end points in the US. If it's a private carrier, the flat rate is the flat rate betwen any two points in the lower 48.
