You know you love someone when being away from them makes you sick and saddens you. Also when you cant help but stare deep in their eyes and see yourself with that person forever. When that person doesnt call and you start to get worried that something might have happened to them or when you have just left each others side and you already miss thema dncant wait till you see them again. When everytime you kiss it feels like your first time. its just the small things that person does makes you smile and brings joy to your life.

Love is not lust. Attraction, hormones, and late nights are not love. You don't need to be thinking about them constantly. Ask yourself: if this person was in a car accident tomorrow and was deformed and paralyzed, would I stay with him/her? If you could see yourself serving (not being a slave to, but doing service for them) this person and giving them 110% for your entire life, then, I would say you have planted the seed of love. Love is not something you fall into, it's something you grow.

When you can't go 1 minute without thinking about them, when you write their name down on a piece of paper a billion times, when you can honestly say "i would do anything for them", when you think about losing them you almost cry at the thought. Trust me there are many signs. I'm sure you will know.

When you're happiness springs from the other's happiness...
When you're willing to lay down all that you have, including your life, to bring this other person an equal amount of goodness...
Can you wake up to this person every morning?
Will this person help you fulfill your goals in life?
Will this person support you in all you do?
Are you the person you want to be when you are around this person?

When you can stare into their eyes and feel the heat of love in your gut. When the mere thought of them causes you to smile. When you can never ever really get upset with them. Trust me when it happens, you will know.
