It can be hard about thinking when you should be ready for a boyfriend. I think that about age 13 is good. But if your mom doesn't want you to have one yet its OK. Just ask her about it and tell your mom that you are mature enough for this big step. And dating doesn't necessarily mean that your boyfriend-girlfriend. It just means that your giving this guy a chance. And breaking up is hard too. But that is a different topic. Don't be confused, if you feel ready, go for it!

well the age old question ??? and the answer is not easy! a bf is a committment of maturity and trust at ur age u want to be noticed and loved ( seperated parents is a bummer) u can easly over react and seek affection else ware. My sugestion is to stay single but go out and make friends. No sex. no commitment yet. ok good luck.

dating means nothing when you're 11 or 12 or 13. trust me. if you want it to mean nothing, go ahead and date. if you actually want it to mean something, wait til high school before you date. you won't know what i mean until you're there, SERIOUSLY, i know it's hard to understand from your point of view. but high school is so much different that everything you did in middle school really seems juvenile even if it seemed perfectly natural at the time. i woulnd't recommend dating unless you want it to be really casual...if you want ANYthing serious ANY time soon...wait.

Why do you want to jump into boy friends mush right now and get your feelings hurt when the guy finally talks you into bed so that he satify's his ego and tell his freeinds how good it was and make you feel like dirt...fvck that.
Your better than that. have a boyfriend fine, but he gets no further than first base or he can play with e New York Mets that lost anyway!

Yes! You are confused! I would answer your question but I can't be bothered to try and read your writing even though you are using a computer. Try learning English before worrying about boys.

Fourteen at the earliest. Sixteen is about right. If you are eleven, enjoy your friends and have fun in groups. There will be plenty of time to date later. Enjoy your youth!
