I need to replace it but am unaware of where it is.

it might not be your horn that is bad....it could be a fuse or a relay that has gone out. check the fuse box under the dash and the one under the hood . there should be a fuse under the dash and a relay under the hood. oh and your horn is behind the grill.

Right behind the grill. but the problem could be the fuse or the switch inside of the steering wheel. when you hit the horn button, if you hear a click, it is the horn outside. if you dont, check inside first!

It is behind the front grill near the bottom. Thats where mine was. Sorry, but I can't remember which side (left or right).
