I am the executor of my Nanas will, that is what she wanted & put into her will. I took care of my Nana, she lived w/me for awhile and I was at her apartment every other day taking her shopping & cleaning & doctors, etc. I took off of work to take her places she needed to be. When she fell I was the one who called 911 & was there the whole night at the hospital & everyday till she passed away 10 days later. My sister came on the day she died, not any time before. That is what my Nana hung on for was for her to come say goodbye & by the time she did my Nana was comatose, hospice was there more than my sister. She never came excet holidays. My Nana was semi wealthy & left me with 75% of her assets & my sister 25%. My sister is saying that I coerced my Nana, made her give me more. She has hired lawyers & is taking tis to court. I did not spend XMas w/my family could not be by her w/out wanting to kill her. Same with upcomin ones. No 1 will say anything 2 her. What should I say 2 my family

Let me tell you this ... I know personally about greedy, nasty relatives coming to pick over and demand things from the deceased .. when in LIFE ... they NEVER helped, visited, or even wanted to be with the person.
Rest easy ... knowing that you did the right thing. Your Nana left a will, and her attorney will be able to state that Nana made that will of her own free will, that the designation was due to the fact that you were definitely close to her, and that your sister was DELIBERATELY left a smaller share for a reason ... and the decision of Nana to do this was made with HER FULL KNOWLEDGE of the details.
Your sister can try all she wants ... but given these circumstances, she will not get anything more than the share that your NANA designated. She needs to be thanking her lucky starts that NANA decided to STILL include her in the will ... it would have been perfectly understandable if Nana actually wrote her OUT of the will too.

don't worry if your Nana is the one that put that in her will like that then that's the way it will be, your sister doesn't sound like she wanted much of anything other than your Nana's money, you know theres almost always someone in a family that has to show greed and not love. tell her to prove that you took that money from your Nana , shes just jealous.let her waste her money on the attorney that she got, it wont do her any good.

Darling if you did all that when your nana was alive., more power to you. Your sister is just jealous that you were there more than her and your nana gave you more. Tell your family just as you told us and also tell them that she is intitled to her own opinion, and the judge will see the best to it. Some family is just so greedy don't worry its going to be alright.

Money the root of all evil.
Guess nobody knows the truth but you.
Why don't you just give her some of your share to appease her and make your Grandmother proud?
Afterall you did all those things out of the goodness of your heart not for the money. Or if you really want to proove the point give everything that you got more than your sister to charity.

Dear, you have the papers to prove it. She's green with envy. You can't change her mind, don't try. I know you miss your family. Hopefully, they are unbiased enough and are willing to listen to your side. And hopefully, you already have some family members who are already standing up for you.
