The Photographer that I had do my pictures and video did an awful job and I already sent her a professional letter stating the facts and how I would like to resolve the problem (monetarily). If I go to small claims court, is it worth fighting over $350.00 which is just the tip and half of the video expenses ?(package deal with other services included).

That depends on what your time is worth. If you feel strongly about it, spend that morning in SCC.
