atkins diet follwed to the "t" will do the trick but you will regain once you start eating carbs again

Honestly, you can't get skinny fast. Heard that before? I know. Everyone should suck it up and get over it, skipping meals isn't the answer and throwing up isn't good either. I know from experiance. If you want some results sooner that try eating fruit for breakfast, vegtables for lunch, and a big salad for dinner[and i mean big and HEALTHY!] swimming is a good exercise and fun as well! Well eating healthy is defiantly a start! cheeseburger/fries/sugar things like that should NOT be eaten! eat salads and fruits and vegtables, bread and milk and a chocolate bar once a week! (you need to keep up on the food pyramid) excersice!

-abes-do 200 crunches a day to get a 6 pack and a fit upper torso
-muscules-do 100 push ups a day to get your arm muscles stronger and fit
-body-run 2 miles a day either outside or on a tredmill

Getting skinny realy fast is a fairy tale. If you do find that "magic" however you're at high risk of gaining it back and extra weight to go along with it. Sorry I couldn't be of more help!

SKINNY? STARVE YOURSELF I DON'T RECOMEND IT BUT IF YOU WANT A HEALTHY WAY EAT FRUITS AND VEGETABLES TRY EATING 5 SMALL MEALS 3 MAIN MEALS AND 2 SNACKS IT HELPS YOUR METABOLISM TO BE FASTER AND I DON'T THINK THERE REALLY IS A SAVE FAST WAY TO GET SKINNY BEING A HEALTHY SKINNY PERSON TAKES TIME AND GOOD EATING

no carbs...drink lots of water and walk to places instead of taking a car.

make sure u eat though otherwise what will happen is when u do finally eat your body will store it (makes fat) bcuz it will use that to eat off of because its not sure when it will be nourished again. u will get dark circle under ur eyes and u wont look healthy.

eat one meal a day. don't eat after 8pm.driink plenty of water.if possible fast all morning until say about 12noon.good luck in loosing weight

when i gained about 10 pounds i used this pretty simple stragegy and it worked like a charm i lost all 10 if not more...
1)just don't eat fatty foods...ex chocolate candy, coffee with lots of sugar(well for that matter anything with a lot of sugar)

dont eat any carbs and eat a lot of protein. and work out 3-4 times a week.
