I blow dry it and it still goes flat, I've tried mouses, volumizing shampoos, it goes flat. Curl it, and it still looks flat. Right now its to my shoulders and angled. Any hair cut that would give me so volume?

I too had very flat hair. When I got it cut "short and stacked"- instant volume. Continue with the mouse and blow drying, you will have nice volume.

I avoid blow drying whenever I can. I arrange my style while wet and hairspray. Let air dry, and using a pick, comb out when dry. Conditioners also leave a thick film on hair, so I only use it lightly on the very ends that may cause tangles.

Work volumizer into your roots, then blowdry your hair upside down with a round brush. Basically the longer your hair is, the more it weighs itself down, so a shorter cut may be better.
