a small town in Baja Mexico needs one, the one it has is a 1974 chevy and always needs mecanic work on it.

Hi
Check with your local fire departments, ambulance services and even your state's surplus vehicles program. I have seen used amulances for sale in all three areas. (Usually, the best equipment has been removed but perhaps other arrangements could be made if they knew of the need in advance).

No I don't. Hopefully they have qualified people to work on the ambulance. It doesn't do any good to have an ambulance if the people who staff it don't know what they're doing.
