In the movie "of Mice and Men", Burgess Meredith says the line, "Tell me about the rabbits, George". He was referring, of course, to the rabbits on the fanciful farm they planned to purchase together as soon as they had enough money saved. That particular line caught on with the public and soon became a cliche for every inane request to hear and bask in glowing and impossible dreams of a bright future.
