I've had lemon-lime marmalade, it was delicious. It seems like marmalade is made with citrus fruits, with parts of the peel in it.

Jelly, jam and marmelade are all forms of preserves. You can make marmelade in any flavor. It depends on things like how much water and sugar are in the product.

As I remember, marmalade has fruit rind bits in it, as mentioned.
Otherwise, technically at least, "preserves" have large-ish pieces of fruit in them, jam is an even consistency (everything has been pureed together), and jelly is the strained version so there are no bits at all and it's transparent, etc.
Many companies don't even go by those distinctions though (except perhaps for the "jelly" one), so if it matters it's always good to clarify which is meant.
Theoretically there are other types of marmalade, but is usually limited to citrus fruits, I think?
