well he says he wants to marry me and move in together and have kids and he tells me about 10 times a day that he loves me and want to be with me and he even has a sound thats about me

If he really knows you, then he probably really is in love with you. However, if you know he is the kind of person who won't keep a steady relationship, you should think twice about dating him. Be sure he doesn't like you just for your appearance, because that could lead to problems. Most importantly, make sure he is reliable. Again, if he knows you really well, then his feelings are probably true.
