We have mostly guys in my profession. Last year, I hired a lady to work for me. She is married with 2 kids, and so am I.
Everything went fine for the first 11 months until late last year ... We worked on a project together, and I can sensed that she was flirting to me (only to me) all the time.
I tried to ignore it, but something happened yesterday... We finished the project and I need to fly back to my home (we are in different states). She gave me a big hug that is longer than it should, and then she whisper in my ear and thanks me for teaching her, then proceed with a kiss on my face.
I went back home last night but her action got me thinking about her in my dreams. Why was she kissing me? Is it just a friendly hug and kiss?

No... she wants you. She was letting you know that if you want something to happen, it will.
I assume you don't want anything to happen (because you didn't say you did), so the next time you see her you should bring up your wonderful wife (I mean, play her up) and kids. Make it clear that you're a family man and not interested in jeopardizing that.

This is a hard one. Work and pleasure usually doesnt turn out well. As far as the dreams, it is natural for you to have a fantasy dream of her. If you dont plan to cross the line then dont act back. Dont linger in the hugs. If you read her wrong the outcome may not be good for your future and your families future. As far as the dreams to stop them. Try to think of her as if she was your wife. Would you want your wife to act like this to some strange guy? Probably not. Try to find the flaws. Eventually you will see she isnt want she appears to be. When someone new and exciting comes along it is only natural to want or desire them. But in the end they are just a person like you. They have there flaws and issues. And the question you should ask yourself is her flaws and issues she brings worth everything you worked for?

This female is dead on flirting with you and if you do not nip it in the bud now, it is going to get a lot more "friendlier" between you two in the days to come. Think about your wife and kids before your actions ruin a life that existed before this other woman came along...

You need to slam the door on that one buddy....Are you really going to let her ruin your marriage just to use you to advance her career...There is such a thing called sexual harrasement...and if the roles were reversed...it would be grounds for getting your butt sued...you are in a pickle...because you don't know what kind of a woman you are dealing with here...if you take her up on it...it's not going to go anywhere good...if you turn her down...you don't know what she might say ....she could claim that you made advances to her....I would just fire her....really. And I would make sure you put on her record of making improper advances...you might even want to ask your lawyer....How would you want your wife to handle this situation?....Run that temptress out before it is too late.

You have to stop thinking about it. Remember wife and kids. It shouldn't matter what it is. Unless of course you don't care how your wife would feel or you are ready to end your marriage.

Ignore it and stay faithful to your wife. If later on she tries to kiss you again, say I'm sorry but I LOVE MY WIFE...friendly or not, she shouldn't be kissing you.
