Please, can anyone tell me what wire this is?

USB to av cable? I can't find the same thing when I search online with the same term. I need something like this to help convert from camcorder and VCR to laptop/PC. I can't find the male version (the female version is in the picture), so I was going to get male to female one too.

I am not sure there is a male version, because unless your PC has a video capture card, you can't just send video and expect the PC to capture it!
