I haven't thought about it until now, but I asked my husband this morning if he was going to have to stay longer in Iraq. He said he "can't talk about it". I'm kind of bummed if it's true, but I haven't heard of anything from other units/squadrons.

Several units were or have been slated to extend their time in country. Not just ground units but Air units as well. Wish your husband good luck from all of us and we will pray for him and you...

we just found out my brother is staying for an extra 4 months...
haven't heard anything bout my husband, but he just started his tour.

on a side note he might not be able to tell you anything because everyone might not be notified. we found out but were not allowed to tell anyone because half the unit hadn't been told yet.

This Question and anyone who gives out answers for definite... are violating OPSEC. You are not in the Military or Unit that is Deployed...You DO NOT NEED TO KNOW!

I am a Military Spouse and I never know until it happens....
