How long it will take depends on your current body fat percentage and the amount of dedication you're prepared to put in. Keep in mind that getting below 10percent body fat is only half the battle, then there's maintaining it, and that takes most of the will-power. Basically, it comes down to a simple combination, weight-training, cardio training, and diet. You'll probably need to work out at least 5 days a week for about 1.5hours each time, and that's a minimum. The diet is the hardest part. You want a low fat, medium carb (all complex carbs), and high, lean-protein diet (ie. chicken breast). Drink a lot of water to keep flushing out waste and keep your body hydrated as your body is constantly, and I mean constantly, metabolizing. You may want to think about drinking as much as 6 litres of water a day.

That will be tough. Most male body builders have under 10% body fat. I'd aim for 15% and see how you feel.

HTH : )

I don't quite understand what you're asking...

You want a BMI of under 10%?
If so, you'd be dead. And if not that, you'd be hospitalized.

Any BMI below 18% is defined as clinically anorexic. Anything under 15% is a severe danger to one's health.
