Don't use a medicated balm...Blistex, Carmex, and Vaseline all have menthol in the ingredients which soothes temporarily, but it dehydrates your lips after the balm dries. It is also addictive hence the reason you buy tubs and tubs of it (this keeps the company in business). I would suggest Mary Kay Satin Lips. It has two steps, the mask (which removes the dead chapped skin) and the balm (which soothes, smooths and protects the newly exposed skin). It is easy and fast to use and leaves your lips feeling like, well...satin. You can get it at MaryKay.com/s_orta if you don't already have a consultant.

good question!! So...a lil historic past, I protect a guy who's paralyzed by technique of a severe neurological ailment. His skin and lips dry out plenty and when I go away for the evening I actual ought to make confident he has the suitable chapstick on because that is not as regardless of the reality that he can be conscious extra That being stated, i in my opinion researched lip balms and that i stumbled on out something kinda loopy. you recognize the way human beings say that they are addicted to lip balm?? nicely..their lips actual are. maximum of the lip balms available have an aspect that coats your lips yet also alerts your lips to stop making their own organic oil that save them moisturized so once you end utilising the lip balm your lips are extra chapped than ever. extraordinary huh?? So...after presenting you with that relaxing little bit of information, i recommend Burt's Bees regardless of if in my opinion i take advantage of Aquaphor (that is like petroleum jelly and that i take advantage of it for each thing!!!) and placed it on earlier mattress and that i actually have a small tube in my bag in simple terms in case! desire that facilitates!!!

chapstick is the only chapstick, it is a brand.

brands like chapstick, carmex, and blistex all fall under the category of lip balms.

Medicated Blistex. Put it on before you go to bed. Tastes like crap, but worked for me.
