Don't use a medicated balm...Blistex, Carmex, and Vaseline all have menthol in the ingredients which soothes temporarily, but it dehydrates your lips after the balm dries. carmex all the way....you can get tubs of it in urban outfitters for £4 or topshop do the tubes. honestly the stuff is magical!!!! love it!!!!

this lip balm called "Lip Therapy" its "Vaseline" brand.its really good,I put it on at night sleep with it and my lips always look better in the morning.
