Crackers, applesauce, dry toast, chicken noodle soup that isn't too fatty, flat ginger-ale, flat coke, rice, jello. No dairy products until you can hold down food. Nothing greasy or fatty. Nothing acidy like citrus fruit or citrus juices or tomato soup.

Chicken soup or broth. Avoid anything heavy & dairy products. Drink gatorade to replace electrolytes. Hope this helps U.

If you are hungry its probably a good sign you are recovering. :-)
My mom used to always start us on 7-up or ginger ale...they give you needed sugar, and are light on the stomach, but not too bad to throw up if you do.
She'd also give us a little toast and butter, or mashed potatoes. But start very small. Don't eat too much at once.

For a few days until you feel better, have a totally liquid diet. Eat such things as beef broth, chicken broth, mild fruit juices such as apple or grape juice.

Clear liquids to start, in very small amounts. Then as you feel better, continue to small amounts of bland food - chicken, pudding, applesauce, pretzels, dry toast..

I agree with lasperanz!
Chicken with Stars soup is also good for you, and saltine crackers.
