I`m plaining on getting a tattoo anybody have any sugguetions?
I want something with my son`s name and dob and such but i also want an image. maybe the words and name inside the image. please help i would love to hear you idias.. something unique and original..

Hi Hannan, The best thing to do,is go to the tattoo shop you have in mind. Talk to the tat artist,and tell him what you would like,and he will work with you,until you get the tat you like,and fits your son personality. That's the way to go. I have 5 tats myself,and on my last tat i told the artist what i was looking for,and he designed it for me. It is awesome. A Friend.

I think that is so sweet that you want to get a tatoo of your sons name an date of birth make sure to get the name in nice script and the idea that a couple people gave about the footprints from birth certificate is suburb ,maybe a portrait of him It is so special for you to do this.

unique and original tattoos have long gone. almost everything you can think of has been done by somebody somewhere. the best thing you can do is get it done by a phenomenal artist so that you can wow people with how much better your tattoo looks than everybody elses. you could get footprints from the birth certificate. that is always cute, sweet and meaningful.

Well you could bring me a copy of your sons foot prints from the hospital and I'll tattoo those on you with his name on a banner underneth with the date.( Im a tattoo artist) Or a picture of your son with his favorite toy.Or a hand print.

go to the shop and look around and they usually have many pictures to give ideas. Just remember it will be with ya for life so choose wisely. Also, I think they are addicting. I have some and I want more!! LOL

Maybe ask your son what he would want you to get done? Or you could get his zodiac sign with his name and dob in it or something.

i have a swallow in flight holding a banner that has my sons name in it, however i thought very long and hard about each tattoo i got.
find the right one with me took a long time i thought then decided which one and where i was getting each one.
AND I NEVER REGETED MY TATTOOS I LOVE ALL 3 OF THEM

ok that guy is stupid! if its your son's name then do it!!! its your son and that is soo sweet!!
get his name wrapped around your ankle and then like little vines coming off, or flames. since its a boy.
depending how old he is, have him draw a small design for you, so its from your son. unless he is no longer living then im sorry.
