they are from being hot when tanning and sweating, i tan naked and get them on my butt also, and your risk of skin cancer is less in a tanning bed, the trick is to tan not burn your skin so for the person that told u it was bad, its not, check out how the skin tans at tanningtruth.com.As for the bumps they will go away

You R tanning the worst way possible. The bumps R coming from heat. The UV rays in a tanning bed R the most powerful U can get other than getting a sever sun burn. U R at a high of getting skin cancer if U continue 2 tan this way. Hope this helps U.

I was getting those little red spots or bumps and my Dr. said it was because of my medication. I was outside in the sun thou and not a tanning room.

I use to use sunbeds. After I would also get little bumps but mainly on my arms and shoulders. It turned out it was a skin fungus.... My doctor told me to wash my skin with Anti Dandruff shampoo believe it or not... Very disgusting! It could also be a heat rash, but if it doesn't go away go see your doctor :)

you mean on a sunbed? if so then my best guess would be heat rash or prickly heat. i get it myself, perhaps try something like sudocream or an antihistamine cream.
