oh thank goodness. ok joe (b/f) wont call me back. and its been like an hour sence i calle dhim . he said he'd call me right back. but he hasnt. and it feels like he doesnt want to talk to me or hang out with me.

Um, your friend is being clingy. She may not think so, but no girl does.
Tell her to just let him have a break for a while. If he doesn't call back for a few days, she knows he isn't that into her, or there is something serious going on.

Your demanding too much in too little of a time span.
I know I did not return a call. I did that many times. I know I had been busy for like a while and I had to get my work done first.
I think your pressuring him a little, honestly. Remember, it is just one hour. Girls don't call be back for weeks... but that's life, so I gotta deal with it.
However, if he is doing this often... you find him and ask him straight up like real women. (And I know you are real) :)
I know us guys be messing up stuff over stupid crap.
Low key, you should get yo home girls and gang up on him... if he was doing what you told us very often.
