Yes... actually it's probably better as some other sweeteners have been shown to cause cancer in lab animals with too much use. Sweet-n-low was actually discovered when the scientists were trying to make rat poison, if that tell you anything!
Splenda is made from sugar itself.

spenda is PERFECTLY SAFE. Sweet n Low and Equal arent quite as healthy, but splenda is made FROM sugar, so its fine. Good luck!

Sure it is. It's like Equal and Sweet N' Low. They are all sugar substitutes. 0 calories, 0 fat.

i heard from someone that sugar substitutes are sometimes worse than real sugar. i would personally stick with real sugar, or at least brown sugar since it is a bit healthier. but of course have sweets at moderation
