She will never let me on anymore. I need help.

there is almost nothing you can do if its her computer. try doing one of the following
if she is younger try to bribe her with other things she might be interested in like a doll or some girl stuff.
if she is older you cant do anything until she steps away from her computer, in which you look at what she is viewing and blackmail her.
if all else fails get a computer for yourself and your sister will want your computer but you will refuse to let her use it because she didnt let you use hers.
or
unplug the cord to her monitor loosely and tell her you would fix it as long as she lets you use it.

If you are not emotionally close to your sister, it is an issue you need to work on for the future.
Knee down in beside of her, look into the heaven, clasp your hands in prayer, and recite the Our Father prayer sincerely. Afterward as God to bring you closer to your sister that God have given to her for both of you to share the computer.
If she still refuse, leave her a lone and do not ask anymore of her. Ask God would He Bless you with your own computer, but when someone ask you to use it (including your sister) share it him or her. .

ask her nicely, explain why you want to go on there, and do not go into any of her personal stuff. Ask her to make you an account on the computer as a guest, so you can't see any of her stuff.

tell her that you need it to do an important project for school and tell her that if you go into her files then she could give you a makeover when she has other girls at your house and also that they can carry you to her room to do it if you go into her files on the computer.

Talk to her and ask her why she won't. After you know why, promise her that you won't do anything on it except what you nee. YOu won't download anything without asking her and swear that you won't look at any of her files or stuff.
