The cameras themselves are nothing without a recording device. The particular recording device you are using should have software that comes from the manufacturer. If you check their web site, most CCTV digital video recorder manufacturers will allow customers to freely down load the network viewing software for their product.
If you hung up video cameras and don't have a digital video recorder then you will need a video capture card on your PC. Again the capture card manufacturer should have the appropriate software to use the device properly.
