they throw things at each other hit each other and my sis takes over the parent roll and acts like a jerk i try to go to my friends but cant get out because of her wat should i do?

Call the cops on your parents, a social worker will come and give you real parents.

I know how you feel. im almost 24 and still caint get along with my grandmother. (she raised me)
here is my advice
when you are able to get a job. work your tail off. focus on that job. do everything in your power to keep it and make it work. the more stable your job is, means you can afford to live on your own, when you have your own place. they cannot do this to you.

tell her she's not ur mum or dad n she cant boss you around and just walk out on her face..
and then you could like get them all in one room and tell them all to stop all this crazy stuff and make sure they listen even if u have to yell
